Follow these two easy steps to begin offering your customers solid-backed Sheffield financing:
Step 1: Dealer packet
Print and complete our Dealer Registration Packet (PDF) containing:
- Dealer standards
- Dealer direct deposit authorization form
- IRS Form W-9
- If you're a Hearing Care Provider, print and complete our Provider Registration Packet (PDF).
Email or fax the completed forms, along with a copy of a voided check.
Step 2: Online dealer registration
Complete the online registration form to get access to our Dealer Suite. With Dealer Suite, you'll have direct access to submit applications, check their status, view your current promotions and print forms.
Note: You won't be able to log in until we've finalized your registration. After you've been authorized, we’ll send your Sheffield dealer number in a confirmation email and you'll be able to log in at that time.
After you've completed both steps, your registration will be finalized within 2 business days.
