Minimum System Requirements

  • Windows 98, Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows ME, Microsoft Windows XP Professional or Home Edition (Service Pack 1 or 2), Windows 2000 (Service Pack 2), Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, Windows Server 2003, or Windows NT (Service Pack 6 or 6a)
  • 128MB of RAM (256MB recommended)
  • Up to 90MB of available hard-disk space
  • Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
  • Adobe Reader (latest version is recommended)

 

Dealer Suite

  • There are seven options in the Dealer Suite site (Status of Application, New Application, Dealer Promotions, Loan Calculator, Forms, and User Maintenance)
  • Dealer Registration -- New dealers MUST complete this to be able to access the Dealer Suite
    • Go to the Dealer Registration page and follow the easy 3-step process
    • Download the print the forms on steps one and two
    • For step three complete the Dealer Details fields, select the current manufactures you sell, and set up your user ID and password. (use your email address as the user ID and the password must be at least six characters). **Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE
    • You will get a confirmation email from us confirming your dealer suite request (within 24 hours in most cases)

 

Submitting a New Application

  • Go to www.sheffieldfinancial.com
  • Press Dealer Suite
  • Apply your username and password, then click Log In
  • Press New Application
  • Complete the credit application and press next
  • If there is a Co App, press Joint Applicant, enter the info
  • Please verify all your personal information inside the Individual/Joint Applicant areas
  • Check the E-sign Notice of Delivery Disclosure
  • Check the Disclosure Acknowledgement
  • Click the Next button
  • Verify your information. If incorrect, please press the Edit button
  • The final step is to click the Submit Application button
  • After the credit application has been submitted and processed, you will receive a call from Sheffield Financial loan processing department within 15 minutes during normal business hours
